Our direct client is a specialized designer/manufacturer of highly secure computing devices. We seek a consultant for a 3-6 month assignment to assist the client in prototyping a solution utilzing OpenSSL.

Requirements:
- Strong C programmer with TCP and OpenSSL experience
- Knowledge of the OpenSSL environment and API
- Experience with Certificates, and exchanging them
- Multi-OS development experience, Windows + Unix/Linux
- Deep experience with Network programming, encryption
Job is to build a prototype in a test environment, modeling a client and a server that can interchange data using OpenSSL. Then, assist client's development team to integrate this into their standard products.
All work must be done on-site in CT. However we will consider out-of-state candidates who can work on-site, i.e. travel/lodging expenses will be covered for the duration of the contract.
