Due to consistent, profitable growth over the past 2 years in the face of a tough employment market, and the prospect of further growth as the recession ends and presents new opportunities, we are looking to add an additional Technical Recruiter to our team.    We seek either an experienced IT recruiter (with proven agency success) or a junior recruiter with high-energy and desire to learn.  All work is in our office here in downtown Stamford, CT.

Our recruiters utilize cutting-edge sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates, and build effective relationships, so that we can represent the candidates properly.  Our recruiters often work with our clients directly, or with one of our Account Executives, with the goal of moving the hiring process along as efficiently and surprise-free as possible. 

This position requires a lot of time spent on the phone and email in the office here in Stamford, but also takes the type of person who has a natural knack for following up with people and helping them achieve their career goals.  We work primarily on-site here, but are known for our ability to work with people who need flexbility for family schedules, etc. 

This position offers a performance-based compensation plan including full benefits and bonus/commission, 401K, etc.
