Our direct client, a fast-growing high-tech company, seeks a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Manufacturing Engineer to join their team.  The company designs and builds systems for highly secure applications utilized in government and high-tech industrial application

Suggested Job Description: 

• This position will require multi-tasking in several areas to help the company strengthen its engineering processes and enhance their ability to work with their manufacturing vendors.  
• The Engineer will be responsible for organizing, planning, implementing and reporting on PCB manufacturing production processes.
• The primary objective of the position is to improve existing operational processes and implement new processes.  This will be done by preparing related documentation and reports through interaction with internal Operations, Technical Support, Engineering and Finance, as well as external service bureaus and PCB assembly houses.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with PCB manufacturing, Quality Control and electronic troubleshooting.
• Experience with MISys Manufacturing software.
• Experience with Digital Circuitry and Printed Circuit Board design using Mentor Graphics DxDesigner schematic software, DxVariant Manager Bill of Material software, PADS Layout, CAM350 and AutoCAD.
• Experienced in implementing a Mentor Graphics system for storing and archiving circuit card designs and Bill of Materials.
• Project management and supervisory experience.
• Be a key influencing factor in the plant's leadership team.
• Must be a self-starter and demonstrate willingness to take on greater responsibilities.
• Proven history of executing daily plans and manpower needs to achieve production schedules.
• Proven history of accurate reporting of material transactions, compliance to a daily schedule and production capabilities, for current and new business opportunities.

All work is on-site at the company's headquarters in Ridgefield, CT as well as a production site in Wilton, CT.  This is a full time position with excellent salary, bonus and full benefits.  The company is very successful, profitable and growing.
