POSITION DESCRIPTION: Our client seeks an experienced Technical Architect to develop and oversee the Technical Design for their upcoming SAP ECC 6.0 enterprise upgrade initiative. SCM, PLM, CRM, BPM, BW/BI, MDM 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create detailed design & documentation for application and infrastructure
• Create detailed design & documentation of software architecture and application development milestones
• Create detailed design & documentation of application integration
• Design & Document new global processes/or changes/extensions to existing processes.
• Provide quality assurance for functional and technical designs
• Provide thought leadership in guiding organization to best practice, exploit new releases, and leverage new technologies.

EXPERIENCE:

• Deep knowledge of software development and application architecture.
• Solid project management skills, risk assessment wisdom, ability to provide interpretation of functional requirements.
• Deep knowledge and proven track record in software design and application development methodologies for global enterprise. Prior SAP upgrade experience.
• SAP Subject matter expert in at least two of the following modules: SCM, PLM, CRM, BPM, BW/BI, MDM with deep understanding of configuration and process extension design (user exits) including physical data and information structures underpinning the processes.
• Understands how new technologies (especially SAP) can be used to effectively underpin best practice processes and ensure the delivery of cross process benefits.
