Requirements.
Java/J2EE/Oracle Developer/Data Analyst-
Ability to understand and interpret business logic for financial applications.
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript/AJAX, JSP, HTML
Experience developing web applications in an Eclipse, ANT environment.
Excellent SQL development
experience
Strong PL/SQL experience (stored
procedures, functions, triggers) and assisting developers with writing and
tuning database code.
Experience with performance tuning
high concurrency database applications
Excellent Oracle troubleshooting
ability to solve data issues, performance issues, and bugs.
Experience with version control
systems (CVS).
Experience with ticketing systems
(Jira).
Responsibilities
Provide daily production support
and development services necessary to maintain and enhance key corprate systems.
Resolving and researching
production support requests ranging from reports to manual behind-the-scenes
tasks, process and data issues.
Development tasks required to
enhance the system such as design, development, and testing.
Ensure database integrity
Comply with all necessary SAS70
Controls.
Evaluate routine operations to
identify opportunity to automate.
Liaise with
technology/infrastructure staff.
Other job related responsibilities
as required.
