Required Skills:

- Understanding of Data Warehouse Concepts.

- Advanced level of SQL writing skills.

- Experience in working with MOLAP/ROLAP model.

- Report development experience with Microstrategy

- Project (hands on) experience of implementing end to end BI solution. Starting with requirement gathering, designing logical data model, designing metadata layer and highly customized reports

Microstrategy Specific Required Skills:

- Microstrategy Report development (2+ years)

- Understanding of overall Microstrategy architecture e.g. IServer clustering, narrowcast server and OLAP services.

- Understanding of Microstrategy concepts e.g. Logical Table, attributes, hierarchy, facts and metrics.

- Experience in performance tuning Microstrategy environments. (Including metadata layer, report and infrastructure tuning) 

Optional Skills:

- Microstrategy certification “Certified Project Designer (CPD).

- Dimensional Data Modeling
